We have arranged for accommodations next door to the venue at Hampton Inn or Main St Suites. Tell them that you are with the karate tournament for karate rates. Both of these hotels are across a pedestrian zone from the Event Center, offer full breakfast included in price and are on the west end of the downtown mall with all the restaurants. Also within walking distance is a City Market and the Main Street Suites has kitchenettes.
If you are more budget minded the Rodeway Inn across the street is inexpensive.
